Domain Name Registration
To have a Web site created with your name, you must register for a domain name. Let to come up with name possibilities, and appropriate extension (.com, .org, and so on). We'll check the availability of the name and register it for you. Names can be registered for 1, 2, 5, or 10 years. Discounts are available when you register for longer periods of time.
Web Hosting
Every Web site originates from a server. Each Internet Service Provider (ISP) rents space to host your site. Why not let a Union company manage your Web hosting for you? We offer 3 low cost plans to meet your needs. Because we optimize graphics and keep small file sizes, most organizations can get by using Plan A – which can serve a small Web site with one general e-mail address (for example, info@yourunion.org). However for an additional 25+ cents a day, Plan B will provide an e-mail address for every board member and secretary.

Web Site Maintenance
Who likes reading old news over and over? Nobody does. So why have a Web site where the information never changes? Keeping current is crucial to the success of any Web site and your members will want to be there when new information is published. And you know they will want to see special event photographs too! So how do you keep a site current without having a Webmaster sitting in your office? Easy, just sign up for an inexpensive weekly, monthly or quarterly maintenance plan and once again we will tackle the technicalities.
We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your site when we design and launch it. But, if you want to guarantee your members that your Web site will be up to date and working properly then turn the maintenance over to Union Web Design.com. We will maintain and up-date your Web site at $75 for the first menu item and $50 for each additional menu item where changes are required. Normally changes are just made to the Calendar item.
